Definitions and Applicability

Below are definitions of key terms used in this document, which carry the same meaning throughout the Terms.

• "Platform" refers to the 478bd website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered or is attempting to register on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's own registered profile.
• "Services" refers to online betting, casino games, sportsbook, and related features.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, welcome bonuses, cashback, and similar benefits.

These Terms apply to all users based in Bangladesh. The platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes take effect, they will be published on the platform, and your continued use will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the 478bd platform and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request documents to verify your age at the time of registration or at any other time. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any accumulated bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. 478bd reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time. It is your responsibility to inform the support team promptly if your information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The following mobile financial services are accepted for depositing funds on the 478bd platform:

• bKash — a popular mobile banking service in Bangladesh
• Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — the digital payment service of United Commercial Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. All applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.

If account verification (KYC) is not completed at the time of withdrawal, the process may be delayed. It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.

3.3 Fraud and Illegal Transactions

If any fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal financial transaction is detected, 478bd reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳54,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example:

• ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

Individual bonus offers may have separate conditions, which will be stated in the details of the relevant promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If fraudulent activity is detected to exploit bonus benefits (such as multiple accounts, false information, meeting wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, etc.), the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

The 478bd VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier offers additional benefits and priority support.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit its vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing other members or displaying inappropriate behavior.
• Match-fixing or applying any unethical betting strategy.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a betting event has started, the associated bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. 478bd will not be held responsible if a bet is not completed due to internet connectivity issues.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event or casino round is cancelled due to technical reasons or the organizer's decision, the funds for the associated bet will be automatically refunded.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

All casino game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. These results are final and will not be changed unless there is an error. However, in the case of a technical error, 478bd will review the game logs before making a decision.

6.4 Sports Betting

Odds available in the sports betting section are variable and may change according to market demand. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the User

You may request to permanently or temporarily close your account at any time. Please contact our support team for this. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, subject to verification.

7.2 Suspension by the Platform

478bd may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Financial irregularities or chargebacks.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

12.1 Changes to Terms

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 478bd and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by this document.
